Classification & institutional arrangement guidance

Cooperative fees are based on operating scale, membership/service footprint and geographic reach—not simply cooperative type. SACCOS and AMCOS use the same scale framework, while their registration questions adapt to their functions.

Government institutions and local government authorities may be handled through an approved institutional arrangement rather than a standard annual invoice. Registration does not guarantee funding, lending, contracts, partnerships or project awards.

Invoice issuanceAn official GASAYA invoice is generated after the application is submitted.

Payment windowThe issued invoice is valid for 7 days from the invoice date.

Payment referenceUse only the unique payment reference shown on the official invoice.

VerificationPayment does not constitute GASAYA verification or approval. Account activation follows successful verification.

The registration fee covers the applicable registration period only. Any future project, advisory, monitoring, verification, transaction, equipment, insurance, logistics or other service charges will be communicated separately where applicable and will not be implied by this registration fee.
